Refund & Returns Policy
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
To assist with a prompt resolution please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following items unless required under Austrailan Consumer Law:
• Opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, aromatherapy or personal care products
• Jewellery, hair accessories, body accessories, keychains & hygiene-sensitive items
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Digital downloads, workshops, or online content
• Mystery Boxes or subscription boxes
• Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect care
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
Return Conditions
Where a return is approved in line with Australian Consumer Law:
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Item should not be intentionally damages or misused
• Item must be returned with proof of purchase
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
