Delivery Areas

We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post Standard & Express. We also offer local delivery within selected areas. 

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods such as holidays, launches or subscription dispatch days, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping location and are estimated only.
Australia Post Standard: 2-6 business days
Australia Post Express: 1-3 business days
Local Delivery: 1-3 business days
These are estimates only & we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based upon delivery address location.
Free shipping option is available for orders over $175

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Akashic Beauty is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by the carrier once dispatched. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
If your parcel is lost or delayed:
1. Contact Australia Post for posted items to lodge a claim
2. Contact your local authorities if theft is suspected
3. We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot accept liability once the parcle is confirmed delivered. 

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Subscription Boxes
If you have orderer a subscription box, your items will be automatically shipping each month. Dispatch dates may vary slightly and will be communicated via email.
