During an energy healing session all that is required of you is to lay comfortably on our healing bed, unless session is via distance then you just get to lay comfortable in your own bed.
Energy healing is a gentle non-invasive session, as Brit will hover her hands over your body as she channels the energy to create a healing constant flow within the body, over all balancing your Chakra energy centres & removing any blockages & cords that may be relevant from this life & past lives.

During an Access Bars® session, all you have to do is lay comfortably on a treatment bed while Brit will gently touch 32 points on your scalp & face.
These points on the head are referred to as bars. Each of these bars contain thoughts, ideas, emotions, beliefs & considerations that you have stored over any lifetime.

Access Bars® session slows down your brain wave activity to Delta & Theta brain wave state.

Access Bars Session works by releases limiting beliefs from ones mind, thus allowing them to receive more in life.
Freeing you from old thought patterns, addictions, self-doubt, pain, emotional & physical trauma.

These sessions are only available in person & go for approximately 60 minutes.
